They Met

"Hi Girls!" the opening of a man they no longer noticed because of their discussion. Both turned away.

 "Hi! Can I sit here at your table? It's already locked inside "said the man who approached with a smile.

 "Sure," Dahlia said immediately while staring at the newcomer.

 "Thank you," he said, then sat down between Dahlia and Eiya. "I'm Leo, Leo Villamil." Leo introduced the two girls while he reached out his hand.

 "I'm Dahlia" Dahlia said, reaching for Leo's hand.

 Leo then turned his gaze to Eiya. Stare  Eiya.  Eiya shouldn't be affected by Leo's stares but those stares seem to be penetrating even to the depths of her heart.

 "Aren't we leaving yet?" Eiya asked, hiding up what appeared to be a waking heart. Eiya is stunning. She will not lose to Dahlia in terms of attractiveness since, although coming from a humble household, Eiya possesses the kind of beauty that every guy can appreciate. "If you want to go to the beach, let's go immediately," Eiya replied, attempting to avoid the peculiar sensation that had begun to rouse her spirit.

 "It's really nice to breathe the sea  air, there are more benefits to the body" Said Dahlia who was happy with what Eiya said

 Dahlia already knows the style of  Eiya if she is not comfortable with someone. Dahlia perceives that Eiya doesn’t like Leo because it was their first meeting. And she understand that Eiya was just doing what was best for them as friends. Besides, it was her birthday. Eiya was worried that she cannot do what was supposed to be done since  her birthday so Dahlia laughed at Eiya’s action because she knows Eiya won’t gonna win this

time as she was determined to be with Leo.

She often looks like Dahlia's nanny because of her constant criticism. So Laila trusts Eiya because even when she was in front of them  Eiya was courageous to rebuke Dahlia when she is wrong.

"Eiya was really a true friend". Laila said to herself several times.

"You know the reason I picked you up at your apartment?" he reminded her.

"Yes, I know, it's your birthday," Eiya said.

"Ohh, it's your birthday today. Happy birthday," Leo greeted while smiling.

Friends looked at each other. It was not Eiya’s intention to say the friend’s birthday.

"Thank you" was the only thing Dahlia could say because she still hadn't fully recovered from Eiya's mention on her birthday.

"What are your plans for your birthday?"

"Ahm", Dahlia couldn't answer right away. She has no plans to go home to the mansion first because she is avoiding relatives and friends or acquaintances who might go to the mansion and Eiya knows that, so they have to stay at the resort that day.

"Can I come along?" Leo asked with a smile as if he was really getting the consent of the two beauties.

"It's okay for you to come, total, we're both this red belter friend of mine" seemed to be a joke and a warning from okay Leo in case he had a bad attempt on the two of them.

"There are so many bad guys nowadays", said Leo as his gesture for taking care of them.

Giving them a hint that he was ready to protect them from any harm, he said, "It's okay for you two to beat me, if that's the only way to assure you that i am here, ready to go that far to protect the two of you. I can't allow just the two of you to go to the resort."

"Isn't it Eiya, woe to us whoever tries to do evil?" it is still a joke but Dahlia means it. Dahlia and Eiya are capable of protecting themselves as both of them were Red Belter. They studied at the famous Judo Karate Academy.

"We can do it" Eiya agreed, "But your Mommy will definitely be worried if you don't come home now," she still reasoned, "It's your birthday today and you're not in the mansion?" Replied the worried Eiya because Dahlia didn't want to go home that afternoon and it was still her birthday.

“I told Mommy you were with me,” Dahlia said.

“So can I come with you? Anyway, it's your birthday, Won't you invite me? ”He repeated asking the permission of the two

"Yes," Dahlia at last agreed.

“Dahlia?” Eiya was surprised. Even though Eiya wants to be with Leo, she prefers the welfare of the two of them

“As I have said, if this guy has any attempt to both of us, woe to him” then she laughed.

“Yes, you can do whatever you want to do to me, I just want to protect you. Only the two of you will go to the resort, it is very dangerous. You need someone like you who can protect you” Said Leo jokingly but he meant what he said,

And again, he said “Happy Birthday " he greeted

"I'm sorry, but Dahlia and I are the only two going to the resort" replied Eiya. "Let's go ahead," she said again.

"I think your friend is in a hurry. What's his name with you?" Leo asked, staring at Eiya.

"What are you doing? Let's go " Eiya, as usual, was acting like a big sister to Dahlia again, obviously protecting her friend and not wanting to leave her new acquaintance, Leo.

"Hey, aren't you the one who said the sea air is nice, so let's go to the Resort? Dahlia was there instead of listening to what her friend was saying which seemed to excite her even more.

“What? Your birthday, you're not at home? "Eiya asked.

"I already asked Mommy’s permission. I told her that you and I would spend my birthday with you, "she confessed.

"What?" reacted Eiya. "You’re really a spoiled brat," added Eiya

 "At last, I won!" Dahlia said smilingly as if telling her friend that she had again won Eiya’s approval. Then she looked at Leo and asked him, "Do you really want to come with us, my friend?" Dahlia asked Leo.

"Yes" is the short answer.

"Will you accept my command if I ask you to do something?" Dahlia asked.

"Yes, sure! And your service, what can I serve? " Leo asked jokingly.

Okay, is it okay if I tell you to buy checheria and drinks before we go to the resort? "is the question.

"Yes, is that's all” Asked Leo.

“Yes”, answered Dahlia.

“Okay, I will go now to buy your requested food, wait for me here," Leo said and was about to leave when Dahlia called him.

"Leo!” called Dahlia.

Leo walked several steps away from them. “Yes?” answered Leo as he turned around looking back at Dahlia. "Oh, is there anything else your majesty will order? Leo's smile jokingly.

"Here's the money" Dahlia handed over the money.

"No, it's your birthday after all. It's my gift to you", Leo said, then he finally left.

Dahlia trusts Leo

From where the three of them were sitting, the three of them could feel the fresh breeze on the beach. The resort was quiet, only the chirping of birds and the crashing of the waves on the shore could be heard.

"Wow! It is very nice, the view is beautiful" said Dahlia appreciating the beauty of nature. Leo and Eiya were also quietly enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the place.

"I should have planned this ahead of time so that we were prepared to come here. I really appreciate this place. It's a real gift to myself, "said Dahlia.

I hope at least Mommy, Daddy, and Grandpa are here, "Dahlia said as if regretting that her parents were not there.

"It's nice here and quiet," Leo said while removing his t-shirt. Dahlia and Eiya were amazed to see her muscular body.

Dahlia and Eiya noticed something. Both focused on the right side of Leo's chest, they thought both.

"Here's what you're looking at?" Leo's smiling question to the two.

"Huh?" Almost at the same time, the two women pointed to Leo's question.

"It's just skin," Leo said.

"Is it just skin? Not a tattoo? Dahlia asked.

"It looks like an eagle-shaped tattoo," Eiya said.

"Yes, that's what people most of the time notice him saying," Leo said.

"Was seen by many people?" Dahlia asked.

"Yes, and only women notice," he said with a laugh.

"Hey, don't you really have the plan to go home yet"? Eiya just asked her friend to avoid the look of Leo, who had been staring at her before.

"Yes, we’re  going home." Dahlia agreed because it was going to be late in the afternoon and even though she was given everything she wanted, she was still afraid of her parents. "But I will stay in your apartment and wait until people are no longer in the mansion," said Dahlia.

"To change the atmosphere of my birthday location, but I would have planned this ahead of time so that I did some preparations and was not always in the mansion," she admitted.

"Actually, my next birthday will be held here," was all Dahlia said. Leo's cellphone rang.

"Excuse me," he apologized and then walked away. "Hello?" he answered on the cellphone, "is it now?" Leo asked and paused. "Okay," replied Leo, "Yes, I'll be there in an hour," he uttered to the person on the other line of the phone.

"It's really beautiful here," Dahlia repeated, while inevitably not surprised by the beauty of the resort.

"Hey, girl, aren't you really planning to go home? Eiya asked Dahlia again.

"Ohh, here we are again, me and my killjoy (killjoy was a Filipino term for someone who refused to enjoy something that was appreciated by others)," he grumbled to his pal.

"Yes, call me whatever. You can call me anything, but there is only one thing I know about your mommy. I'm sure she's worried about you," she said.

"You know, I don't think I'm going to give you a personal assistant job, but a nanny," she said teasingly to her friend, "Wow, I don't believe it. You're rejecting the job I'm offering you, but you're doing more than a nanny's job," she said while laughing.

"Heh! Stop it! ", Eiya said to her friend whom she knew had started making fun of her again.

"Excuse me, beautiful ones," Leo said as he approached them. It's getting late. I think you should start getting ready to go home. Eiya was right that you needed to go home. Besides, it was your birthday. "You should go home and enjoy your birthday," he said so that he wouldn't look like he wanted to leave.

"Okay," said Dahlia, who was wishing that Leo would stay more with them. But since it was Leo who told them to go home, she just agreed with the thought that she would stay in Eiya’s apartment.

"At least I'm not the only one who's worried about you, but also our new friend," Eiya said to her friend to convince her to go home to the mansion.

"Yes, yes, you two have won! What else will I do but agree with you two? "Dahlia agreed with a smile.

"Do you still want me to go with you?" he offered.

"Don't," Eiya scolded, "my friend has a car and we know we're going home together" as if Eiya was driving Leo.

Leo's gaze only carried Dahlia's car away with Eiya. Of the two, Dahlia showed her liking while Eiya teased her, although, of the two, Leo liked Dahlia more.

"That man looks sober," Dahlia said as the car drove away from the beach.

"You just met that person and you immediately trust him?" he warned.

"But you came with me too," she laughed, trying to annoy her friend more.

Eiya defended herself, saying "I really have to go with you because I can't leave you alone with that man."

"That man looks kind and he's handsome," she said.

"Heh! Stop it. Isn't there a saying that says "Don't judge a book by its cover"?

"Yes, yes, you've won!" He raised his hands and was still smiling, a sign that he was teasing his friend even more.

The Undertaking of the Abduction

It was about eight o'clock in the evening when Don Miguel came out of his office. He planned to go home early for Dahlia's birthday, but his work hindered him. He has his own driver, but he sent him home early so that he could also prepare himself to attend his grandson, Dahli's, birthday. Don Miguel invited all the employees of Montecillo Realty along with all the helpers. The driver just arranged for the gift he bought for Dahlia and then sent it home to decorate as well.

Don Miguel was about to open his car's door in his own parking lot when he was immediately approached by armed men with their faces covered.

 "Do not do evil if you want to live," commanded the man with his face covered

"What does this mean?" Don Miguel asked.

"No more questions, get in the car parked next to your car" the man ordered again with his face covered. "Don't make the mistake of asking for help or shouting, blow your head off" the man warned.

Don Miguel immediately complied for fear that the g*n of the unidentified man would touch him.

Don Miguel felt mixed regret when he saw that the person who led the k********g of him was a young boy. He estimated that he was only twenty-five years old.

He was too young for it to ruin his life.

Don Miguel felt pity for the child who led the k********g of him.

"What kind of life awaits him?" he whispered to himself instead of anger.

Don Miguel was very scared, but he did not show it to those who abducted him. He did not want his captors to see his misery.

"What do you need from me?" Don Miguel asked.

"Me, I don't know, but our boss knows," Max laughed.

"Who are you saying is the boss?" Don Miguel asked.
