"Thank you for taking care of my son the other day." Luke says exhaustedly, sitting down in front of his best friend, at the other side of the table.   "No problem." Mark responds. "How is Sarah doing? I haven't seen her in a while." He adds with honesty, ignorant of the negative impact his comment would have on the bearded man.   The taller lets out a heavy sigh, tightening the grip around his glass of water. The bags under his eyes are not as noticeable as before, but they can still be seen in the distance. Mark didn't know the reason behind them though; at least not until now. He opens his mouth to apologize, yet he's immediately interrupted by Patterson.   "We are not in love anymore, I guess." He says after drinking the first sip of a non-alcoholic beverage in the past few day
