Prologue

It was a sudden attack, the night is filled with the crying sound of the people who lost a loved one. The hunters were shocked, they are not prepared at all. They didn't even have any hint that the Dhurk has plans to attack them.

Fila the headmistress of Huntess was devastated, she was not at the H H when the attack happen. She was with Rowan gathering some information about the upcoming feast and subsist. "Rowan, check every huntess make sure that everyone is being treated well" The headmistress ordered Rowan to make sure everyone who is wounded is being treated well. She can't help but blame herself for this tragedy.

Am I a bad leader? should I step down as a leader and I'll appoint Rowan to be the new headmaster of the huntess, Fila could not help but to overthink about the happenings that have been made the huntess like this. If only Pops is here, he knows what to do, he always motivates and gave me words of encouragement to do better and to rise from the occasion. Hence, all I have is Momma, Reynte, and all of the huntess as my support system but, I know that not everyone here is on my side.

"Achi! we've been calling you so many times" Reynte told the headmistress everything "We were just busy planning about the upcoming feast and some of the huntess are busy doing their own jobs until the guards together with the Dhurk attack us, we didn't expect and before we can fight the dhurk arrest momma" Reynte was crying while talking to Fila. At that moment, the information that Reynte gave Fila made the headmistress heart broken, she cried and cried because of all the people why did they capture her momma, "Reynte, gather all our men, as soon as possible" Fila ordered Reynte with authority.

Fila was very angry and no one can stop her from killing that son of a b***h, that coward dhurk. "Rowan! is everything okay now with the wounded huntess? Prepare for war and gather all our guns, bullets, grenades, and all those deadly weapons and make sure that it is enough to kill those bastards!" Fila didn't even think of this plan multiple times, is she really sure about going to war without even thinking about the possible outcome of her impulsive decision making, these were the thoughts, Rowan have on his mind that wants to open up to the headmistress but he knows that he can't stop Fila from this, the life of her momma is in danger. Rowan tried to talk calmly to Fila "Hey, Fila I know you're angry, I know that Señora is in the hands of those fuckers, and I know how eager are you to get back Señora but let's plan this one, don't make any decisions that will make us suffer in the end" With that thought, Fila came back to her senses and she thought that Rowan was right Bloody fight will not resolve anything it will just bring enough trouble to the community and worst it might cause a dilemma to all the people of Ghurt Supreme.

"I'm so sorry, I really am. I am sorry for making decisions without considering the pros and cons of it. It's just that, they have momma, I'm afraid of what would be the current status of momma in the palace in the hands of those bastards, in the hands of the demon" Fila is still worried and angry about the state of her momma. "Rowan, Reynte are all of our men are already here?" Fila did not gather her men to have a bloody fight but they will try to have a peaceful talk with the Dhurk and of course if the worse comes to worst Fila and the huntess will be ready to fight until their run out of bullets but they will make sure that the Dhurk will die if that will happen. "Achi, there is a phone call for you, it says that it is from the palace a message from the Dhurk" Reynte told the headmistress about the call.

"f**k you! You don't play fair, it's me that you want right? leave my momma alone and you can have me, fucker! " Fila is shouting on the phone "Relax my dear, your momma is right here safe and sound, after all, we care for the elderly and all the villagers, I still have a heart for the people," The Dhurk said with a laugh on the phone "You fucker, if anything will happen to my momma, I'll swear to all the demons out there you're gonna die and even the hell will not going to accept you as their ally," Fila said that with anger and she made sure that the Dhurk will feel threatened in that kind of tone.

"Now, Sed! I know you're not that dumb! What do you want?" Fila talks to the Dhurk calmly but with conviction now "haha haha haha you never disappoint to amaze me, young lady. you're brave just like your grandfather but you are all dumb! stupido!" The way that the Dhurk answered to Fila was sarcastic but Fila can sense that the Dhurk is threatened by her. "Young lady, wait for my man to come to your so-called headquarters, you will wait and make sure you will not make any stupid decisions, remember, tsk! tsk! I have your momma, one wrong move and say bye-bye, momma, hahaha hahaha hahaha" The Dhurk ended the call with an evil laugh.

"Ahhhhhh! f**k those shits!" Fila shouted with frustration, She can't believe that the Dhurk is making her a puppet but she thought, just this once since that bastard has her momma. "Reynte, tell the huntess who are tasked to guard the gate that one of the Palace Guard is going here bringing some news and please tell them to let those fuckers in, thank you!" Fila ordered Reynte and now her turn to meet the huntess and they will plan on how to execute the Dhurk but, before that she will make sure that when that time will come, the Dhurk will have nothing against her.

The Palace Guard arrive five minutes after the Demon ends the call, the Palace guard hand her the envelope and told her "The Dhurk has a special message for you and that is to; obey him or else you know what will happen, and he also said that be careful on who you trust, you didn't know someone will just stab your back" with that thought the guard left her hanging, she thought who would that be? Is there someone on the Huntess who tries to sabotage and betray her? Well, I'll make sure that if I'll find out who's that son of a b***h, I'll bury her or him alive.

"Fila, are you okay?" Rowan is worried about Fila because she's too angry a while ago but now, she's relaxed and calm, I can't read what is on her mind. "I'm fine Rowan, don't worry okay, for now, let us start the meeting, and before I'll forget, please buy some food for the huntess and please come back safely" Fila is still worried about that traitor in the Dhurk's message. "We will start the meeting after Rowan will come back from the market, for now, gather all information about the palace" Fila gets out from the meeting room and proceed to her study room and Fila opens the envelope and it is not just a simple letter but an invitation that says the Dhurk is choosing her to be one of the challengers in the upcoming subsist.

Should I accept the invitation? If I will not do this, my momma will be in danger, But I trust my team, I trust myself.
