Chapter 1: Beginning

It was a lonely evening in Ghurt Supreme, everyone was asleep. The Guards are up for their nightly routine. The Palace is well guarded and the Dhurk is peacefully sleeping in his King size bed.

Some members of the Huntess were already dispersed in the palace for their mission, they plan to get tons of food for the villagers since the Dhurk is underfeeding the people in Ghurt.

Lyi came to the pantry of the palace, she checked the cabinets for possible foods, with her is Faye her sister holding a FAMAS, a kind of rifle that uses a detachable magazine.

"Faye, Check the doors and guard me, I'll go check every cabinet to make sure we can get every food and everything that can help for the villagers," she told Faye and walk towards the tall cabinet in the room, without knowing that there is a hidden alarm that the guard installed in every cabinet that can alert the guards when it is touched by someone.

Lyi called Fila using their earpiece repeatedly "Achi! Achi!" Fila the headmistress of Huntess replied "Over, Lyi. Abort Mission, Lyi! Come back to the headquarters now!" The Headmistress abort the mission because it is too late when she found out about the hidden alarms and Lyi already touched the alarms without her knowing.

"Lyiiiiiii! Lyiiiiii!" Faye shouted "Achi! we are now surrounded by the guards, They are all awake and the guards are more alert" Faye was panicking, "Lyi, hurry up. We need to go now! Achi said to abort the mission, the guards are heading this way" Faye shouted at Lyi.

Lyi didn't listen to Faye and continued checking the cabinet. "Achi! There's something fishy about this cabinet, There are no stocks in here. There's nothing in here but a piece of paper." with a suspicious look Lyi told Fila. "Lyi, it's too dangerous for all of you to continue the mission, please leave the palace as soon as possible" You can hear the soft voice of Fila. "Lyi, please listen to me before it's too late for the both of you of Faye."

Faye and Lyi suddenly heard a loud sound of an explosion, with a confused and worried look, they decided to leave the place. But, before they leave the pantry the guards are all out. Faye and Lyi are already in their fighting form and ready to attack the guards. Even if they team up they can't attack all those guards they might be left out of bullets and for sure they will be exhausted fighting just in one place.

"Faye! Lyi!" The two were shocked at that voice. In the door, they saw Rowan. Rowan is the right hand of Fila, he's the most trusted person of the headmistress, that is why Faye and Lyi were grateful to find out that they are not alone and they are safe knowing that they have company inside the palace to rescue them. "Rowan, where are the others? We heard an explosion, what happened?" Faye asked Rowan in a worried tone. Rowan didn't utter a single word. The guards are now attacking them, luckily Rowan brought men with him to fight back against the guards of the palace. "Fi, I already Lyi and Faye, and right now the guards are all over the place." Rowan talks to Fila in the earpiece. "Rowan, please be careful and tell Faye and most especially Lyi to come here first, you know Lyi, she won't agree easily," Fila told Rowan, "Yes, Fi. Don't worry okay, everything will be fine. I'll keep an eye on them." Rowan assured the Headmistress.

Pointing at guns, swords, and knives all over the place. They heard different noises, explosions, gun shooting, the sound of swords and knives that are hitting on one another. They also heard loud noises coming from the people, shouting and crying for help "Help! Help me! Help us! Stop! don't hurt us! I'm begging you, No, Please!" Those were just some of the words that Faye and the rest of the Huntess heard.

"Lyi, Go out now! Let me and the rest of the huntess handle this, you and Faye should go now! save yourselves, we will be right behind you" Rowan shouted Lyi with frustrations. "No, Rowan! we will leave together, No huntess left behind, we are all in this together!" Lyi shouted back, eager to pursue Rowan. "Lyi, Rowan is right, we should run now and save the other members, Achi is waiting in the headquarters," Faye said to Lyi with conviction. While they are fighting Fila talks to get the attention of Lyi "Lyi, please obey Rowan and get here safely we can't afford to lose you and Faye." That is the turning point for Lyi deciding to leave the pantry and run with Faye.

Lyi and Faye run outside of the pantry, while running Lyi called Faye "Faye, sister!" Faye stops and turns to face Lyi "What Lyi? Faster the guards are running for us, let's go now!" Faye replied and turn her back to run but, before she can run Lyi grabbed her arms "Listen to me Faye, I have something to give you and please give this to Achi! We don't know what will happen if we can get out here safe or one of us will be arrested or will die but, I promise I will not let them hurt you, If possible I will give my life for you." Lyi said teary-eyed in front of her sister. Faye was shocked by the sudden action of her sister "No, Lyi! we will get out safely, no one will die." Faye replied teary-eyed to her sister and hug Lyi whispering those three words "I love you!" they run as fast as they could, they shoot every guard they encounter, and kill every person who tries to stop them. At the end of the hallway, several guards are waiting for them, and one of the guards is Lem Hush the ex-lover of Lyi.

Lem did not recognize the two girls since Faye and Lyi are wearing black masks to cover their faces and it is dark in the hallway.

"Intruders! who are you?" Lem shouted and point his fingers at the two girls in front of him. "It is none of your business, kill us first before you can have single information coming from us" Faye shouted with anger towards Lem. Lyi is silent the whole time and if looks could kill, Lem will be on the floor lying and swimming in his blood. "Guards! attack and kill those mother fuckers!" Lem shouted and give an order to the guards. Faye and Lyi are ready to fight the guards, but suddenly someone throws a smoke grenade, and all of them were shocked by a sudden ambush both teams did not know who throw the smoke grenade.

"l-lyiiii! l-l-ly-lyiiiii! where are you?!" Faye shouted while coughing, she find her sister amid the dark aisle. She stops when she can feel someone grabbing her arms and pulling her to away from the fight scene. "Who are you? Where are you gonna take me?" Faye asks the person pulling her, Little did she know Reynte was the one pulling and saving her. "Relax Faye, It's me Reynte, we are the ones who throw the smoke grenade to save you and Lyi but unfortunately Lyi is not there anymore, Lyi was being caught by Lem," Reynte explained to Faye. Reynte is the best friend of Faye and the adopted child of Fila.

Escaping the chaotic palace, they can still hear the loud noises coming from the palace. "Faye, do you copy? Can you hear me" Fila talk using their earpiece "Yes, achi I'm here but sadly Lyi didn't make it?" Fila can sense the sadness in Faye's voice. Faye is crying silently and thinking if her sister is fine. "Don't worry Faye, Rowan is still in the palace, I'll tell him to find Lyi. Don't cry anymore, everything's gonna be alright." Fila assured Faye.

While in the palace, Lyi was shocked by the happenings, she can't even move or talk. Her senses came back when she realized that her sister Faye was nowhere to be found. "Fayeeeee! Faye! where are you? Please don't joke around, answer me. Fayeeee!" Lyi keeps on shouting to find her sister. She froze at the moment seeing the man in front of her, no other than her ex-boyfriend, Lem.

"L-Lyi?" Lem was shocked to find that Lyi was one of the terrorists. "Who's who? I don't know you" Lyi denied and grabbed her M16 combat knives from her boots. "D-Don't. D-don't come near me! you asshole!" Lyi shouted at Lem. "Look Ly, even if you put a hundred masks on your face I will still recognize you. Your voice, your poise everything about you, sweetheart!" Lem talked back to Lyi. "Shut the f**k up Lem! And please don't call me that, it's disgusting as f**k!" Lyi was fuming mad at Lem.

Their conversation stopped when the guards are coming, suddenly Lem grabbed the arms of Lyi and hold them tightly so that Lyi will not escape. "Hooo, hooo, calm down you tigress, just go with the flow and everything will be alright" Lem explains to Lyi. Lyi was shocked and the last thing she would do is to trust this animal beside her "I don't trust you! Just kill me already, you will not have even a single piece of information coming from me" Lyi exclaimed. The guards are already in front of them "Sir, we killed a lot from them but in return, we lost a lot of men." The guard gives information to Lem. "Did they escape already? What about the other captives?" Len asked the guards, the guards shook their heads "I'm sorry sir, but all those captives are being rescued by their members. What about that sir? Who is that? let me help you with that captive sir." The guard talks to Lem. Lem was firm and told the guards "No, I will be the one to interrogate the captive, I don't have anything to do with all of you now, you can check the palace and make sure that no one, will get inside the palace uninvited." The guard Nod and left Lyi and Lem in the hallway.

They are walking miles away from the place where the unexpected fighting happened. Lyi is tired already and finally, Lem stops in front of a Kubo. Kubo is a small house that has coconut leaves as a roof, it is the term used in Ghurt Supreme. "Where are we?" Lyi did not withstand the silence. Lem was silent and did not face her or respond to her question. "Hey, dimwit! answer me, you're k********g me! I'll make sure if I'll escape from you I'll make your life's a living hell after this!" Lyi shouted at Lem. Lem is thinking deeply and frustrated with the happenings lately "For f**k sake Lyi, Can you tone down your voice? Don't shout, please! you're hurting my ears!" Lyi was taken aback by the sudden outburst of Lem.

Back to Faye, They are now heading their way home to their headquarters. Since they left the Palace Faye didn't stop crying, wondering if her sister is still alive. They are now at the gate of their headquarters that has a "Welcome to H H" sign at the gate. H H means Huntess Headquarters.

Fila is busy walking back and forth thinking of everyone involves in the attack. That was not the plan. The initial plan was to get food for the villagers but the plan didn't go well as they did not expect it. The Dhurk is smart and Fila is wondering how did the guards know. They plan and discuss every single thing eagerly with accurate information about the guards in the palace. Fila didn't have any idea beforehand, that hidden alarms are being installed in every corner of the palace.

"Achi! Reynte and the rest of the Huntess are already at the gate," Kwinzi approach Fila and told her about it. Fila take a deep breath and told Kwinzi "Prepare the medical kits for the wounded huntess, prepare food and water for them, Rapido!" Fila ordered Kwinzi and she walks toward the door to help and to take care of the wounded huntess.

Fila is devastated seeing her fellow huntess hurt and crying out loud. Reynte approaches Fila "Achi, Faye is still at the car. She does not want to get out, she is still crying about Lyi, Do you have any updates about her? How about Rowan?" Reynte bombarded Fila with these questions. Fila take a deep breath then answered Reynte "I'll handle Faye, and as for your question Rowan didn't make it on time. The guards capture Lyi. But, don't worry we'll plan this and make sure to get Lyi back." Fila assures Reynte. Reynte only replied with a bow.

Fila walk towards Faye inside the car, "Faye, Hey. Achi is here. Don't worry okay, we will plan again to get Lyi back safe and sound. Hush now, come here hug Achi." After consoling Faye, She obeyed Fila to get treated. "Achi, thank you and I promise you I'll always support your decision and follow your orders." Faye talks to Fila and hugs her tightly. "You know what Faye, time will come that everything in Ghurt Supreme will change into a better place."

Fila's deepest desire is to have their freedom, happiness, and lives and everything will be back to normal. With no lives should be taken easily. Fila hopes that Lyi is okay. In the upcoming day's Fila will be ready to become stronger and tougher every day.
