Two weeks. It was crazy, how such a short amount of time could feel so long, but so short at the same time. Two weeks since Rhys was pulled out of his dimension. I should be glad that there are six more weeks left before he has to go back, but every day I wake up and see the sun shining down on me once more, I’m reminded that that’s one day less, one night less, one moment less than before. He told me before that he wouldn’t go back until Falyn was saved, no matter how long it took. I guess in a way it didn’t matter, because no matter how long has passed here, he’d be returned to about the same time he was taken anyway, so his family back home won’t be freaking out for months on end trying to figure out what happened.
