A strange rumour is buzzing around the company. Bella wasn’t sure who they were talking about. In the elevator, she also heard Nikka and Eric talking about it in a detailed way.
“I can’t believe he can do that,” Nikka uttered in disgust.
“I told you he is too good to be true. I know men like them,” Eric responded.
“How could he do that to his fiancée? How could he be so cold-hearted? Oh my gosh, I’m so shocked,” Nikka sneered.
She was curious about ‘whom’ they were talking about. She was about to butt in when Nikka asked her.
“Bella, aren’t you always with Mr. Parker? How is he? Did you notice his wicked side?” Nikka’s curiosity is killing her.
“So, the one who called off the wedding, the one that you are talking about right now, is Mr. Parker?” Bella was shaken hearing those words.
