Bella rushed to one of the factories of HG Multinational located in Mandaluyong City. It took her approximately 30 minutes to reach the place. Bella asked the driver to wait for her.
“Sorry, Miss, but I couldn’t just sit here and wait for you,” the driver explained for the time he needed to wait.
“Please Mister, I’ll pay the amount on the meter and I’ll compensate you for your waiting time. I need to go back before 9 and the only way I could do that is for you to be here, Mister,” Bella begged him. He needed to convince the taxi driver or else she needed to walk at least one kilometre before reaching the highway, and that would make her lose at least another thirty minutes.
