Chapter Seventeen Bobbi took a morning off to help Willa trim the tree. She knew that Sid would be asking more questions about Jonathan, and her mother would rightly guess, even if he didn’t tell her, that Bobbi was the source of his information. So she was prepared to justify her actions, the sooner the better. She’d hoped that she’d be able to soften the blow with news of the new kitchen, but that was not to be. From her vantage point hidden inside a wrinkle of time, Liz watched Bobbi and Willa as they trimmed the tree and talked. (We’re not outside of time, you know.
