At Hospital doctor check Alvis... He prescribe some medicines and tell the girls to bring some fruits to him ...

The girls did the same .... When Alvis came back to his senses... He saw many peoples ... He got frightened from the place... The people around him speaking in other language... All things around him seems weird to him .. He couldn't understand the scenario....

The girls came to him after seeing him awaked... The girls were asking him who you are and where you live....

Alvis didn't understand them... He rushed out without saying anything...

He was so frightened.. seeing so many people and cars and traffic and loud sounds... For him now he is the part of another world...

When He was running out of fear He got hit by the car... He get dizzy and fell down... The car owner was an old man ...

He brought him to the hospital At hospital Doctor bandaged Him... The old man was still with him...

When Alvis wake up... He was again in the same scenario... But this Time the old man treat him as his own son ....

He asked him if He is ok ... Alvis couldn't understand him .. Old man hug him and give him some fruits to eat .... Alvis was so hungry He takes the fruit and eat it .. He was feeling safe around that old man...

When Alvis was eating... The old man was asking him about his family... Alvis don't understand his language..... So Alvis start using sign language to tell old man that he is not getting anything...

So old man took Alvis with him at his house ....

Old Man live little away from city... He live in small cottage alone....

At his house Alvis see the same piano... Which He saw before closing his eyes ..

Actually the Old man was famous artist... But live alone from city life ...

Alvis seeing the piano touch it ... and showing some signs... Old man didn't get it properly what he is saying... but Somehow He understand that Alvis want to learn how to play piano...
