"Get out," Andrew finally said.
"Andrew"
"I said get out," he repeated. "I can't look at you right now."
"Why?" I demanded, anger flooding through me. "Because I told you the truth? Because I'm not the perfect, obedient wife you wanted?"
"Because you made a deal with a man who wants me dead!" Andrew roared. "Because you put yourself in danger without thinking about the consequences. Because you keep pushing me away and then wondering why we're falling apart."
"I'm pushing you away?" I said incredulously. "You're the one who told me to get out of your sight. You're the one who's been avoiding me for three days. You're the one who can't forgive me for trying to do the right thing."
