As we travel I get to know more about Jane's past. She was born in Europe like I was. She stayed in a little town with her parents and when the war broke out they wanted to flee to the States and the vampire kingdom was Darren was the king, she said they heard that the vampires and the werewolf had a stronghold there as the werewolves had the old kingdom and the new werewolf kingdom, the Vampire kingdom was close by and they protected the borders together, but before they could get on a plane or a boat the war was at its full swing and no one could travel safely anymore.
