Anthony's POV
After almost a week of waiting despite King Arlen putting a rush on my passport, I am finally back in the States. My future son-in-law Ryan Smith and Beta James Olmsted are driving me back to Fire Moon.
When I first saw Ryan walking up to me in the airport, I was apprehensive. He is an intimidating young man with dark brown hair, alert brown eyes and tattoos all up his neck and both arms. But when Ryan shook my hand firmly and his eyes softened as I asked questions about Jade, my doubts faded. He is head over heels in love with Jade.
Ryan and James apprised me of the situation with my daughter. What they told me has sickened me greatly. Jade is carrying a child that was the result of an attack by her stepbrother, a man who is now on the run currently with Ryan's ex-mate.
