Ievos walked obediently beside his mother as they were led to the throne room where King Bartol and his family would receive them as guests. Ievos obeyed but he would not put up any pretence, his face expressed his disdain for being here and being near his mother once more. He was still not at full strength either but at least he could stand and walk on his own and pretend there was nothing wrong with him at least for a time. They entered the throne room, it was far less grand than their own, humans perhaps favouring simplicity over beauty. The throne room was still large, perhaps larger than their own just not as visually pleasing, it did not have silver encrusted into the pillars of this hall and it did not have particularly grand thrones.
