“Stupid old fools!” Ievos hissed causing a passer-by to gasp at the insult to their sacred elders, “oh shut up!” he snapped at them, and the pious dragon hurried along out of the way of the disrespectful prince. “Yes, they were not much use this time,” Iefyr agreed looking back at the temple doors before they moved on themselves. “I felt as though my soul was splitting in two, but it is subsiding now,” Tolanda said relieved. “I must choose one of you and… break the others heart,” she looked at them both and pulled away from Iefyr. “How do I choose which of your hearts to break? What kind of choice is that?” she cried and then huffed in frustration feeling as though she had cried many times over the same questions. “I am so tired of crying; I feel all I have done is cry! I am exhausted.”
