Ievos had endured more sessions with the elders and his energy centres had been completely healed. His spirit centre needed regular sessions, but he did not have to travel in old memories during these sessions. His spirit centre was the main one causing him harm, so the elders had wanted to keep an eye on it. Ievos was exhausted and after these sessions were over, he had remained in his chambers for days sleeping and only eating when food was brought to him.
