Overall, Zac thought his surprise visit was going really well.
After getting over the initial shock of seeing Grace when she answered the door, complete with puffy red eyes and dried makeup streaks all over her face, he had pulled himself together and turned on the charm.
He felt sorry for her. That whole debacle of using a much younger woman as her stand in shouldn’t have happened. Even though Zac wasn’t a lighting expert, he could have told Syd that Grace’s build was a lot, how would you say, less full than Shandra’s. Still, she was Grace Woods. Even a big time director who happened to be her ex-boyfriend shouldn’t have insulted her like that in front of the whole crew.
