Faye was almost as excited to hear about Grace’s romantic getaway dinner than she might have been to have one of her own. She called Presley almost immediately to share the news.
“I’m absolutely thrilled for her, darling,” Faye cooed into the phone.
“He is certainly a good looking guy,” Presley said agreeably.
“He’s quite charming in real life, too,” Faye reassured her.
“Hmm,” Presley seemed distracted.

“I’m just surprised all the gossip outlets got it right, that’s all.”
