"Seskel Von Stein..." I muttered, not getting anything back from my memory but knowing I had heard the name somewhere.
"Alright, I will check it out..." I said, holding the yellow envelope with the information. I finished the meeting. I was not ready to believe everything Roger had told me because I knew nothing about the girl, Shirley.
They might have sent the girl to do the same if they had caught our intentions of spying on them. If so, we need a plan to extract Roger and protect the girl. She is now automatically under my protection because she is mated to a dragon.
That mate bond comes to complicate things further if she is compromised. That bond could be a dealbreaker in this mission, and we need to tread carefully because it is also a crime to attempt a mate
