KRISHAN - I don't understand English i'm illiterate.....
I was speechless,my family selected this guy to marry me,there is a 15 year age difference and cherry on the top he is illiterate.Will he understand me,I had thousands of thoughts running on my mind.
K- is everything alright.
He was speaking in Tamil, so I also started to speak in the same language.
M- yeah its kk,I didn't know you were uneducated.
K-oh! I didn't like studying so I quit around 3rd grade.
M- this is all new to me,I didn't know that i'm marring you.
K- but I knew about you since when you where around 3 yrs. We were engaged then.
M-kk,tell me about you.Your family,your hobbies,etc etc..
K- I'M a middle child, i've a elder brother MUKESH who is married with our cousin mother's side KAVITHA, they have 2 children a boy and a girl.And i've a younger brother SANJEEV who is working in railways is also engaged with our cousin who is from our father's side.
M- do you have drinking and smoking habits.
K-NO.
M-let me tell you i'm not interested to marry you.I party allot, I smoke and drink too,I like to wear small and revealing clothes,I have lot of boy friends,so i'm not fit for you.You can marry someone close to your age.
K-please don't lie.You don't go to party because your daddy doesn't like neither does smoking or drinking.As far as about your boyfriends,any boy can't come close to you because of your brothers,and for your small and revealing clothes I like them.
M- what???????ho..how did you know about all this.
K- your mom called in the morning,she told all this was planned between father and daughter.
M-shit... look let me tell you I don't like you, and I don't wanna marry you.
K-sorry honey you are stuck with me.
M- go to hell you son of a b**** .
I showed him my middle finger and left the cafe,caught a cab reached home. Dad was waiting for me to see whether plan was success or not.
Dad- how did go, he rejected you right, our plan worked right.
M- dad it failed.
Dad- how????? it was perfect, any man want a family girl not a partying girl.Where did it go wrong.
M- mom went wrong.
