CHAPTER 11

My MIL didn't gave me the money,she said that I should be deserved to get the blessing. After that FIL(father in law) said for Krishan to take me to temple as it is our first day of our married life. Krishan got ready and went outside I too changed my saree did little makeup to cover the brusie mark and went out. 

I took blessing of FIL and MIL and went outside, I didn't know the way out it was a narrow road. When I came downstairs Kishan was waiting for me, he showed me the way out and went towards his bike. I was scared to sit in the bike as it was my first time. I told him that, he said to have trust on him, he will not let any harm come to me. 

We rode the bike silently, reached the temple. We prayed for our good health and good life, we were silent in the temple. After coming out Krishan said he wanted to speak with me so, we went to the park assosiated with the temple. 

Kishan- I didn't want to talk in the temple as it may be inappropriate. I know you have lot of questions and doubts about my behavior. 

Maya- yes. 

Kishan-first let me speak.

M-kk.go on

K-my mom and sister in law are from the same family. And you were married to me against their wish. 

M-what I was not their choice.

K- no, we didn't even know about you. My alliance was with you mama's(mother's brother) DAUGHTER KEERTHI , when we went to speak about engagement suddenly your grandpa said that they have changed the bride as KEERTHI has fallen in love with someone else. 

And they showed your photo to us my mom and SIL did not like you, they wanted KEERTHI but my dad liked you and our marriage was fixed. 

M-kk, I understand your mom's and SIL's anger but what about you. Why were you so angry on me and why did you forced me to sleep with you. 

K- about that I'm sorry, I was drunk yesterday because of my friends and when I reached home my mom came and said that you were disrespected her and used foul language to her. It made me angry, I don't like disrespecting elders or using foul language. On top of that I was drunk and forced you. 

I'll make it up to you until you give me permission I'll not touch you. And I'll be in my best manner. 

M-what done is done, but you said that you didn't drink or smoke on that day.

K-ohh, that it was your mother who told me to say that. 

M-kk. 

K-if you have any doubt you can come to me. I know my mom will make your life here miserable but please don't take this seriously. I like you very much and I want you as my wife please. 

M-kk, but please be little gentle I can't take it, it hurts very bad. 

K-i'm sorry. Is it serious do you want to go to the doctor. 

M-no it's kk it is just sore. And I want to take rest.

K-kk, shall we go home. 

I just nodded my head. We went back to the bike,and drove to his oh sorry our home. 

K- you go inside I'll park the bike and come. 

When I went inside, I saw 7-8 ladies sitting in the room they where talking about something, when they saw me the hall became silent. My MIL  said to prepare tea for every one. So I went to kitchen to make tea. While inside the kitchen I could hear them speaking clearly. 

MIL-you guys know that my so called daughter in law seduced my son so much that he could not wait for the auspicious time and he completed his first night yesterday itself. We could hear her scream you know. We got unrespectful DIL. 

LADY 1- what a bad girl, she didn't even greet us. 

Lady 2-did you see the jewelry she was wearing, it is a limited edition. 

Lady 3-you take it from her Mrs Singh. She looks like a innocent girl you can make her do anything. 

Lady 1- how much did they gave dowry for her. 

MIL-just 20 lakhs cash, jewelry, car, and also they are the one who took all the expenses of marriage and reception. 

Lady 4- ohh, they are rich.
