The grand hall of the Tee pack house had never seen such chaos. What should have been a celebration of their future Luna had turned into a disaster of epic proportions, and now the entire pack was in an uproar.
Alpha Marcus stood at the front of the room, his face red with rage and embarrassment. The carefully constructed image he'd built over decades was crumbling, and he knew it. His "daughter" had publicly rejected everything he'd planned for her, and then some stranger had carried her away right in front of everyone.
"Listen to me, all of you!" he roared, his Alpha voice commanding attention from every person in the hall. "My daughter has been kidn*pped by an unknown male. She was clearly poisoned or drugged, which explains her erratic behavior during the ceremony."
