Riley’s pov The world blurred as I fumbled with my phone, my fingers trembling so much that I nearly dropped it. Logan lay unconscious beside me, blood trickling down the side of his face, his body limp in a way that terrified me. I couldn’t waste time, he needed help. I managed to flag down a cab, my voice shaky as I yelled at the driver, “Please! Please, help me get him to the hospital!” The cab man’s eyes widened when he saw Logan’s condition, but he didn’t hesitate. He jumped out of the car, helping me lift Logan into the back seat.
