Riley’s pov I was still sobbing as I ran out of the building, my stomach twisting in pain and my mind clouded with humiliation. I could hear the faint sounds of laughter behind me, echoing in my head like a nightmare I couldn’t escape. My legs moved on their own, driven by pure desperation to get away from everyone. I didn’t care where I was going. I just needed to be alone, far away from their mocking eyes. Just as I reached the entrance, I bumped into someone.
