Riley’s pov I walked through the heavy door of a random bar, my heart pounding with a mix of excitement and dread. I’d never been to a place like this before, not out of choice, anyway. The only place I’d been outside of school and home was the strip club, and that was for work. This, though? This was my first time voluntarily stepping into a bar, with the single intent of getting drunk.
