Riley’s pov I ran with no direction, tears blurring my vision. My heart pounded so hard, I felt like it would burst out of my chest. I didn’t know where I was going, and I didn’t care. All I knew was that I had to get away. The cold air hit my face as I sprinted through the streets, my mind a whirlwind of pain and anger. I didn’t even realize where I had ended up until I saw the familiar hospital building looming in front of me.
