After The Battle Ended

Down the hill, Baok Sa, the closest man from the ex-battle zone, runs as fast as he can to the hillside where the immense battle has just ended. He wants to see with his own eyes the final outcome of the battle after the last huge explosion had disappeared. Deep inside his heart, he hopes the old lady loses and Jin becomes the winner.

Baok Sa is stunned when he sees the side hills close up after he arrives. A huge flat circle with diameters hundreds of feet appeared in the ex-battle zone, nothing on top of it, no trees, no rocks, only plain ground. He enters the circle and squats to touches the ground. He can feel the dirt is very smooth as if it was flour. He stand up again and spread his view amidst the dark of the night, his eyes stopped when sees a body lay in the center of the flat circle, it was Jin's fainted body.

Baok Sa runs in a hurry to check whether Jin is alive or not. The first thing he does is checking Jin's pulse and he can feel a weak pulse. Although he is not a healer, he knows if Jin is in a dangerous state and might be dead if he doesn't immediately help him. Without too much thinking, he carries Jin's body and runs as fast as he can using the body lifting technique to the city. He wants to save Jin's life because Jin is the one who saved his live, and he wants to pay his debt. Moreover, Jin has saved all his guards and countless Xian citizens, also the villagers around the battle zone. He believes the explosion area will engulf Xian City if Jin didn't hold it with a magnificent, yet strange, energy shield.

Baok Sa sees the group of his men walking lazily towards Xian City, he stops running for a while to give some instructions. "Hey! Why are you walking?! I want everyone to be in the city within 10 minutes, anyone who doesn't get to the city on time, I will punish him severely!" Baok Sa said loudly. He wants to start teaching his men to make them ready for any situation and not running irregularly like untrained citizens when facing a dangerous threat.

Baok Sa continuing his runs after gave the order and left the guards behind. He has to arrive at Xian city as fast as possible. The dark of the night doesn't hinder him from moving at high speed, this area is his playground, he knows it very well.

"Move away! Move away!" Baok Sa said when he arrives at the Xian Gate where many citizens are standing in the broken gate and blocking the entrance. He becomes pissed because his men only stand and talking each other without trying to organize the citizen. After shouted aloud a few times, the crowds give a path to Baok Sa to enter the Xian city. He runs again towards the best healer in the city at full speed when he gets an empty path, he doesn't want to waste more time because Jin is in critical condition.

"Master Du... Master Du... Hurry up open the door." Baok Sa said while continuously knocking on Du Angu's house.

An old servant hurriedly opens the door and lets Baok Sa inside. "Master Baok Sa, what's happening?!" The old servant is curious about the person that Baok Sa carried on his shoulder.

"No time to explain, is Master Du inside? This young man needs immediate treatment." Baok Sa urged the old servant.

"Come here, Master Baok Sa," The old servant understands the urgency and immediately brings Baok Sa along with fainted Jin to an empty room. "Please put this young man on the bed. I will call Master Du and prepared the tools and medicines." The old servant said.

Baok Sa put Jin on top of the bed. While waiting for the arrival of the healer, Du Angu, Baok Sa look at Jin's fainted face carefully. He tries to recognize the face of the young and powerful martial artist that lay in front of him, but, he couldn't recognize Jin. He doesn't understand why a magnificent martial artist like Jin, his name still unknown to the world. He is also curious about Jin's identity and background.

"Master Baok Sa, what is the emergency situation?!" Du Angu hurriedly enters the room and asked.

"Master Du Angu, I am glad you come fast." Baok Sa greeted Du Angu, the most well-known healer in the city, even people from the other city knows and respect his ability. "Please check this young man. I think he is heavily injured."

Du Angu hurriedly sits on the edge of the bed to check Jin's body thoroughly. No one dared to speak when he is concentrating, even Baok Sa is waiting until he finish his medical checkup. He was surprised after knowing Jin's condition, he never face someone who get an internal injury as severe as Jin. He gets more shocked after feeling Jin's reversed energy flow. He knows if Jin has the black devil curse inside his body and he doesn't understand why Jin can survive until that age. Du Angu takes his hands out of Jin's body, his face looks sad because he knows if it will be a super difficult task to heal Jin. Even, if Jin can be healed, it will take months or even years to make him able to live normally like before.

"How is he, Master Du Angu?" Baok Sa asked first as he is holding curiosity since the beginning of the check-up.

Du Angu shaking his head, he doesn't know what to say. The vein damaged in many places internally is something that he never thought can happen to someone, he even considers Jin as very lucky to be alive with that condition. He doesn't know whether he can help Jin or not, even with his long medical experience. "What is happening with him?!" Du Angu asked Baok Sa.

"He saved us and this city from destruction. We fought a powerful monster just a moment ago and this young man sacrificed his life to save us." Baok Sa explained briefly. He doesn't tell in detail about Jin's ability because he is afraid of the wrong information will spread inside the city.

"I see..." Du Angu understands why Baok Sa was rushed to bring an unknown man to his place, something that Baok Sa never did before. "So, the loud voice, the very strong wind pressure, and tremors that happened before are because this man fought a monster?" He asked another question.

"Yes, Master Du. All of us owe him our lives. Could you do your best to save him?" Baok Sa begs Du Angu.

"Okay, Master Baok Sa. Because you ask me directly, I will help him as hard as I can. But, I need your fastest courier to bring my letter to someone in Musi village. He must find someone in that village and return as fast as possible."

"Yes, I will grant that request. Wait here, I will call my courier for you." Baok Sa goes out of the room to ask his men to call Boshiki, the best messenger that he has. Someone who he trusts to send a secret message to every required place.

Not too long after Baok Sa leaves Du Angu's place, he has returned with Boshiki. "Master Du Angu, this is Boshiki. You may ask him to send any letter to any place." Baok Sa introduced his trusted messenger.

Du Angu has prepared a letter when Baok Sa left the house and he give it to Boshiki. "Mister Boshiki, please go to Musi village on the foot of Kili Mountain and find someone named Hu Huaiyu. Give this letter to him and wait for his reaction. You return to this city as fast as possible after knowing whatever his response." Du Angu instructing Boshiki.

"Yes, Master." Boshiki understands and rushes out of the house to ride the horse for a long trip to Kili Mountain. The closest mountain to Mount Gaja.

Baok Sa feels if he ever heard someone named Hu Huaiyu, someone widely known as The King Of Medicine. But, he has been missing for more than 10 years. Did Du Angu want to ask for help from Hu Huaiyu, the King of Medicine? Baok Sa is only able to ask in his mind without asking to Du Angu.
