Reunion

THE YELLOW HALL'S FRONT YARD

Jin is sitting under a shady Mango tree beside Yellow Hall's front yard, the place where he used to sit either with Jung Kook or with Youra in the past. Not many changes that Jin sees in that place, only the bamboo chair is getting a little bit mossy and porous. Jin sits carefully on top of the bamboo chair in order not to break it, but, the chair is still strong enough to hold his weight after he sits on top of it. He looks up to the blue sky with white clouds hanging in between, a very beautiful and calmful scenery. But, he can not enjoy it no matter how beautiful it is because his heart feels empty. He still not trying to find Youra, the girl that becomes the reason why he comes to this place and only sits below the shady mango tree for a time being.

Jin's heart is confused about whether he should meet Youra or not. Just a few moments ago, he feels very excited to meet Youra, but now, that feeling is gone after the shocking news from Kim Sang Pil. A strong doubt has arisen in his heart and mind, he is struggling to make his final decision. After back and forth in the mind for a while, Jin strengthens his heart and decides to meet Youra to return her necklace so he wouldn't have to be burdened by the past for his entire life, else is because he wants to know how his feeling will be when he meets Youra this time.

Jin stands up and walks to find Youra, but, he will visit the Food Warehouse first to greet Taeman and his old friends, just in case they are still working here. He steps to the front yard of The Food Warehouse, the place that he used to clean every day. He feels nostalgic and that can make him smile amidst his broken heart.

A young man is cleaning the fallen leaves in the yard, Jin has never seen this young man before because he just joined the Food Warehouse a few years after Jin has left this place. "Excuse me, Is Mr. Taeman still working in here?" Jin asked the young man around his age who seems very focused on cleaning the yards until he didn't hear Jin's arrival.

The young man is still seriously cleaning while facing down to the ground and ignores Jin's question. Jin feels weird about the situation and decided to ask again, but, he still gets the same result, the young man ignoring his question. He decided to touch the young man's shoulder and it surprises the young man who immediately turn his head. Jin smiles at him and asks again for the third time. Instead of answering, the young man says something that Jin doesn't understand and moves his hand as if he wants to tell Jin something, but Jin can not understand at all and feels if it was wasting time to talk with him and decided to walk away from the strange young man. The young man holds Jin's hand to stop Jin from walking away and he runs inside the warehouse. Jin is getting more confused by the young man's actions.

Just a few moments later, the young man has come out of the warehouse along with someone that Jin knew, he is Taeman. Jin smiles wide to see Taeman, one of Jung Kook's men back then, but, Taeman still does not recognize him. "Greeting, Mr. Taeman, do you still remember me?" Jin is the first one to speak when both of them meet again after 6 years ago.

"Greeting, Young Master. I am sorry, who are you?" He asked curiously. Somehow Teman feels familiar with the young man that just arrived but he can not remember it clearly.

"You don't remember me, Mr. Taeman?!" Instead of answering directly, Jin takes the broom that was left by the young man and starts cleaning the yards to show Taeman what he used to do back then. At first, Taeman still doesn't understand what is Jin doing but slowly he realizes Jin's identity from the way Jin cleans the yards.

"J...Jin?! Is that you, Jin?!" Taeman said with a shaking voice, he can not believe if he will be able to meet Jin again after Jung Kook's death. He walks in hurry and hugs Jin.

Jin smiles again after finally making Taeman recognize him. "Yes, Mr. Taeman, this is me."

"I can not believe I can meet you again. Look at you! You are very tall right now," Taeman said while looking at Jin who had changed a lot from top to toe. "Come, come inside, the other men must be very happy to see you again. By the way, this is my son, Taebak. Please forgive him if he made any difficulties for you. He can not hear since he was born and that's affecting his speaking ability.

Jin finally understands the strange act from Taebak, he regrets himself for thinking bad about him before he knows the truth. " No, Mr. Taeman. Taebak didn't make any problems at all. He even helps me."

"Very well then, let's get inside." Taeman leads Jin to enter the food warehouse and shouted once they reach the door. "Hey, everyone! Jin has returned!" He shouted while preparing the chair for Jin to sit down.

All the workers in the food warehouse come to the front room of the warehouse to see what's going on. All of them were shocked to know if Jin has returned and they almost don't recognize him. "Wow, you look sturdy and handsome now, Jin." One of the men said after hugging Jin. Suddenly, the situation inside the food warehouse becomes alive with the joy of a reunion.

"It's too bad that Mr. Jung Kook was not here with us." One of the men said, he still misses the old Jung Kook.

Everyone was suddenly silent after hearing those words. Jin can feel if everyone misses Jung Kook even after many years passing by and he is happy with that condition. "Don't worry, I believe Grandpa Jung Kook sees us from the other side and he is happy to see us still remembering about him." Jin tried to cheer up the situation again.

"Yes, Jin is right, don't worry about Mr. Jung Kook, he will always be in our hearts," Taeman supports Jin's words. "Guys, Let's enjoy this moment. Please take some special dishes and drinks for Jin." He asked his men as Taeman is the one who in charge of The Food Warehouse.

Jin, Taeman, and all his workers making a small party in The Food Warehouse, but, they don't abandon their job to prepare the foods for the entire sect.

"Where are you all this time, Jin?" Taeman asked and everyone is waiting for Jin's answer.

"I go on an adventure with my teacher, Mister. After my teacher passed away, I traveled alone now."

"Well, how if you come back with us in here? Anyway, none of us sleep here at night because we have to go back home every evening. You can use it again if you want to, Jin." Taeman offered Jin to work in The Food Warehouse again, just like old times. "And don't worry about that last case, everyone had forgotten it. If necessary, I will recommend you by using another name to the headmaster." Taeman thought if Jin is still burdened by the old case where he get expelled from this sect after being accused as a thief.

"Thank you, Mr. Taeman, but I don't think I will be suitable for this job anymore." Jin refused Taeman's offer. "Anyhow, is it true that the headmaster of this sect has been changed?"

"Yes, Jin. That was true. Kim Yong is ruling this sect now," Taeman explained. "Four or five years ago, Master Ja Som Fa got a serious illness that makes him unable to move from the bed until now. I don't know in detail, but, the rumor said if they had called the best healer but no one can understand what Ja Som Fa's illness actually is."

"How about Miss Youra, what happened to her after his father's illness?" Jin tried to get information as much as possible.

"None of us knows a lot about it, Jin. Ja Som Fa's family becomes very closed after he got the illness. Even the food that was being given to Ja Som Fa, must be given separately by a special person under Master Kim Yong's watch. Youra also rarely comes out of her house, she no longer learns at The School like before."

Jin never thought if Youra's life will be that hard after they separate ways. He starts to feel sympathy and his anger and disappointment towards that girl slowly evaporated. He decided to meet Youra and will give her support whatever her decision is.
