The Commotion In The Dark Of The Night

Jin continues to bait the Xian City guards. He jumps from one roof to the other and sometimes he hides and appears in another direction to make the guards angrier at him. By doing that, he hopes the guards will not hesitate to chase him until outside the City.

In the other place, Moo Yong desperately tries to meet Baok Sa although the guards keep rejecting his request. Moo Yong is a familiar figure to the Xian City Guard for his volunteer's act, but, to meet the commander is a different thing. Commander Baok Sa is known as a strict man. He doesn't like any chit-chat or doing useless talk. Anyone who wants to meet him must make an appointment and Baok Sa will check their purpose before deciding to accept or to reject the guest. During a critical time like this, the guards don't dare to disturb Baok Sa for any permission outside the schedule.

"Come on! I want to speak with Master Baok Sa just for a minute." Moo Yong tried to persuade the guard who is on guarding the City Hall, the place where Baok Sa stays. Moo Yong doesn't show the logbooks that he steals to the guards because he is afraid of the guards are misunderstood his intention and will accuse him as a thief.

"If I said you can't, then you can't. Just go before you are being arrested because of making a commotion in here." The guards still insisted on his decision.

Moo Yong feels desperate. All of sudden, Baok Sa, the commander is coming out of the City Hall and walks alongside a few guards. Moo Yong sees this as the last chance to meet Baok Sa this time as Baok Sa wants to leave the City Hall.

"Master Baok Sa... Master Baok Sa..." Moo Yong approaches Baok Sa in a hurry. As expected by Moo Yong, Baok Sa doesn't respond at all and keeps walking. The guards beside him are trying to block Moo Yong from approaching that man.

"Master Baok Sa, Please wait. I have important information about the real perpetrator." Moo Yong keeps trying to make Baok Sa stopped his walks.

Baok Sa takes a glance at Moo Yong but continuing his walks. "Speak fast." Those were the words that he said to Moo Yong.

"The real perpetrator is not the one that we are chasing right now. It's all a big misunderstanding. The one who did the murderer and possibly the kidnapper is an old woman who lives in Moryong village." Moo Yong was finally able to say his main purpose of coming to this city hall to Baok Sa.

"Okay! I want to hear it in the detail, but after we catch that man first." Baok Sa said and continuing his walks.

"But, master Baok Sa..."

Baok Sa ignored Moo Yong and keep walking forward with the guards.

"Damn it, I am failed." Moo Yong failed to do his task to convince Baok Sa if Jin was not the one who killed the guards. But he at least has spoken his intention and hopes if Baok Sa's mind is somehow opened to another possibility of the perpetrator.

Jin feels he has attracted enough guards and wants to go out of the city. Unlucky for him, the guards were smart enough to completely close the gate door. He decided to break the door to make it easier for the guards to chase him.

Jin stops running and stands in front of the gate. Several guards with swords are blocking his path and from the top of the wall, several other guards aimed their arrows at Jin. The main guards are still trailing far behind him.

The guards on top of the wall shot their arrows when Jin starts to move ahead of the gate, but it doesn't become a problem at all for Jin. He easily dodge all the arrows, even some of the arrows just penetrated through Jin's body because Jin was moving too fast until left his after image. All the guards are shocked by Jin's ability, their shocking faces look like they just met a ghost. In a peaceful era like this, not many high-level enemies that they deal with, and that makes them think if Jin's ability is part of sorcery, not martial arts.

Escaping from the arrows, Jin toe to toe against 5 guards that standing before the gate. Jin doesn't want to hurt them as his target was not to fight with the guards, he chooses to blink and reappears in the back of the guards while his right hand holding the gate door. After taking a deep breath, Jin releasing powerful energy that was enough to shatter the hard and thick wooden gate.

"Booooommmmm!" A loud explosion occurred and the gate shattered to pieces.

Baok Sa, the commander, who is in the middle of the city, can feel the big energy that Jin released to destroys the gate. He runs as fast as he can using body lifting technique towards the source of the big energy that he feels and left the guards that are walking with him, he is curious about the loud sound and the abnormal huge energy.

Everyone inside and outside the gate is shocked by Jin's action, especially the civilian who built a tent outside the city. They don't understand what has happened inside the city and suddenly hear a loud explosion. Everyone coming out of their resting place and stares towards the source of the explosion without dare to come close or doing anything to investigate.

Jin runs outside Xian City after destroying the gate, his destination is Moryong Village to find the old woman who killed the guards. He runs slowly in between the citizen outside the gate who look at him with a strange sight. He continuously looks behind to see whether the guards are chasing him or not, he doesn't want to run too fast which makes the guards lost his trace.

All the guards who saw Jin easily destroying the gate were only able to stand and gaze. They don't know what to do, whether to chase Jin until outside the city or not. To them, Jin's ability is something that they won't be able to defeat. In that time, two of Moo Yong's friends immediately run outside to chase Jin. They don't afraid because know if Jin is not dangerous. "Come on, let's go chase him!" They shouted at the guards.

Baok Sa who had just arrived at the gate sees and hears what the two volunteers had done and said. He shouted angrily to the guards who only standing still in confusion. "Damn you, coward! Look at those two men, they bravely chase the suspect. Why are you standing still in here?! I will kill any of you who don't chase that suspect because of scared." Baok Sa shouted so loud that makes the guards shocked. He then runs to lead the guards to chase Jin outside the city.

Jin stops for a moment at the edge of the city border because he does not see any guards behind him. The only one who comes close to him is the two friends of Moo Yong.

"Are the guards chasing me?!" Jin asked those two men.

"No, they are only standing still when we chase you." One of Moo Yong's friends named Mimosa said.

"They will chase me, I am certain. I'll go slowly, you wait for their arrival in here and lead them to the Moryong Village as our plan." Jin said and runs again upwards in the dark of the night. Luckily, the full moon is hanging in the sky without clouds, its light can shine the surrounding area although still not too visible.

Not long after Jin leaves, Baok Sa arrives at the place where the two men are waiting.

"Where is he?!" Baok Sa asked.

"He just got that way, we don't chase because we wait for the backup." Mimosa arranged a reason.

"Okay, let's go!" Baok Sa said to his men and starts to run again.

Mimosa and Upa also run together with the guards, they must somehow lead Baok Sa and his men to Moryong Village, to the place where the mysterious old woman is living.
