Chapter 12

The eunuch informed the emperor that the second prince was beginning to lose his mind since he had broken many objects in his room. The second prince's room was in disarray when the emperor arrived.

The emperor told the soldiers to open the door. There were broken figurines and chaos when they opened it. The emperor inquired as to what was happening.

Out of nowhere, the second prince's concubine mother appeared.

The emperor's concubine said, "Your Majesty, if Second Prince Hayate acted this way because of his anxiety, please be patient with him."

Anxiety is a state of worry, fear, or anxiety caused by frequent events or situations that result in uncertain outcomes. Anxiety disorders fall under the category of psychological problems. It's hard to get through the day. Sweating and rapid heartbeat are symptoms, along with restlessness, panic, and fear. Medication and cognitive behavioral therapy are forms of treatment.

The emperor sighed and looked at the second prince's health. He called the physician in his order. The emperor assured his concubine that he would send the most exemplary physician to treat his condition.

The emperor left after his concubine thanked him. She took steps toward Second Prince Hayate.

“What happened to the second prince?” she asked the confidant. He explained what caused the second prince's anger and subsequent panic attacks.

The emperor's concubine said to her sleeping son, "Rest well! Come what may, let us fight!”

There has been a search for talented people with writing and painting skills. The second prince organized this event. The event is open to females. Although it is not over yet, and the acceptance of participants is still ongoing, anyone who wants to join is welcome.

The emperor's concubine discovered that the second prince, the leading figure in the event, had been replaced.

It will be an honor to the second prince that he was the one who created and thought of this event when this became successful. That means he pays attention to people who are talented when it comes to writing poetry, and this could be one of his possible achievements in life.

When the second prince opened his eyes, he was surprised to see his mom. His mother needed something. His mother instructed him to stand up. When the second prince stood to speak, he asked his mother about the problem.

His mother said that the emperor had taken his place because he no longer was in charge of deciding on great writers.

The second prince was shocked. He wondered who had taken his place.

“The emperor replaced you with the first prince,” the concubine said.

The second prince closed his eyes. His mother left because he informed her that he had something to do. When his mother left, he screamed. The emperor's concubine was aware of this, but she disregarded it.

While the first prince was out walking with his male servant, he directed him to get various types of flowers to give to Hiromi for her bath in the furo or bathtub if she was bathing in a modern way.

When Yoshi left, Prince Haru dashed to the library. His female servants almost noticed him, but he hid. He hurried when his servants left.

First Prince Haru is looking for a scroll that shows the most beautiful writings in Oshiro Empire history. The first prince planned how to pick a writer.

Flashback to Prince Haru by the emperor that he will lead the poetry and painting event. He asked the emperor why the second prince was no longer in charge. He learned from the emperor that the second prince was feeling sick, so he had better rest and got stronger.

The first prince also asked that the second prince might be surprised by the emperor's decision, but the emperor said he was only thinking about the good of his half-brother.

Then he saw a person hiding. The woman was looking for items or scrolls with information. He wondered what she wanted. He approached her carefully after she shrieked when he grabbed her.

"Let go of me!" a woman yelled.

The first prince observed that she appeared to be wearing a hood over her head because she covered her face. Until she introduced herself, he held onto her hand.

When they left the library, the first prince removed her hood and face covering.

A beautiful young lady in her twenties faced the first prince. Prince Haru immediately inquired as to her purpose for being in the Library. She said she was looking for someone. The first prince suspected she was planning to cheat on the upcoming event.

"I know it! You get an idea, so you know what kind of poetry you'll write that will win you," the first prince said.

Suddenly, the woman grabbed the scroll he was carrying and kicked him before fleeing. The first prince immediately pursued the woman, but it was clear that she was running fast.

Until they arrived at a long staircase leading out of the palace, they engaged in a heated karate match. The first prince moved faster towards the woman, as seen here.

"You're a thief!" yelled the first prince at the unknown woman.

The woman kicked him until he was unbalanced. She walked away with the scrolls after the woman kicked him.

When Hiromi appeared in front of her, the girl came to a halt. Hiromi shot her bow and arrow at the woman, who couldn't dodge, and she hit her shoulder and pulled her close. Hiromi noticed the scrolls that the woman was carrying. It indicates that she is looking for something.

"Why are you getting information? Who told you to do this?" Hiromi demanded angrily.

The woman was holding her bleeding shoulder.

"Do you think I'm going to tell you? Who do you think you are? Do you think you're the star of Oshiro? You're just the Shogun's daughter. You don't have royal family blood!" screamed the woman.

"You don't know who I am? I'm Hiromi, the star of this game!” Hiromi said.

Prince Haru shocked Hiromi when she punched the girl hard.
