Half A Heart

The First Day

I wake up for school, and get dressed, I am an outcast at school, the only reason people know my name is because I am the smartest kid. I will get my mate today, I am excited, that's right, it's my birthday, but nobody cares, the reason I am an outcast is because my old pack, Lunar Shadow Pack, one of he biggest packs, well another big pack attacked and killed my entire family except me, the alpha missed me, so when he didn't find the power transfer over to him he sent everyone to being me to him. So I ran to this pack and they took me in only being twelve at the time.

Now I live here in the pack house.

I will try to avoid my mates all day. I don't wan them to be disappointed, I am not the prettiest.

I walk upstairs and I instantly smell my mate, so I walk to the front door and close it behind me.

I hurry and mask my scent and hide next to the porch.

I then hear the door fly open and I hear two possessive growls, wait two?

I peek up and see the two future alphas standing on the porch, Grayson and Ethan, I duck down again, luckily I have no classes with them.

I think I can avoid them.

My wolf is begging to come out but I growl at her, which causes the two boys to look in my direction I hold my breath to hope they wouldn't see me.

Then Ethan speaks, "Clearly if we just smelled her now, and she's not a rougue, it means she's sixteen we'll see her at school."

Grayson growls and I hear the both walk inside.

I know my masked sent with only last a bit longer so I take off running towards the school to get there first and make in into my classroom.

I get to school, grab my stuff and sit down.
