"Same funding structure every time. Shell donations, uneven distribution, marketing pushes right before each one into specific low-income areas."
Talia studies the map Mira's built, connecting dots across five different neighborhoods with careful red lines. "This is more thorough than what most senior brokers manage in months of investigation."
