Candance's POV
We sneaked back into the pack house the same way we had snuck out as she drove us there.
I reiterated, "Thank you so much for today," and she gave me a hug.
She grinned at me and said, "It's okay, Candance. We'll be hanging out a lot now since we're best friends."
Besties! I had never before had a best friend, so I just nodded at her without saying anything else.
She gave me one more hug and then ran out of the room, saying, "Bye! See you later."
Chloe gave me a peck and followed me out of the room, saying, "I'm going to play with my toys outside mommy."
I grinned as she walked away.
I shut the door and went to put the items I had acquired in the vacant closet. I shut it and then turned around to see Oakley standing there looking at me.
