Candance's POV
I smiled and kissed her head, saying, "I missed you too, baby." She remained talking as I returned to the bed and placed her there while I got ready.
I dried off my wet skin, put on a plain gown, and returned to her side of the bed. She started crying, so I hugged her tightly.
"What's wrong with you? "
She sniffled, "They pushed me and took fluffy. The terrible people, they beat you, there was blood." She looked up at me with a puffy face, watery eyes, and a running nose.
It's ok, baby, everything is good now.
"I want us to flee, just like we fled from the evil Alpha," she said.
The door was pushed open and a frantic Jenson ran in just as I was going to respond to her.
I rose up from the bed with Chloe strapped to my hip and grinned to see my closes
