He remained silent after hearing my response; he wasn't sure how to act if I wanted to stay with him.
I raised an eyebrow at him and exclaimed, "f**k! I won't hurt you." At that point, he fell down on his knees, without caring if other pack members were present, and pleaded, "Please, just this once."
I humbly replied, "Okay," with my cheeks slightly flushed. He joyfully cheered, leaped to his feet, and grabbed me up, spinning me around in delight.
He continued, "You won't regret this," and I grinned, hoping I wouldn't. I hoped that this time, he would behave properly, and that I wouldn't look back on this day and regret giving him another chance.
