  Candance's POV   The silver shackles burned my flesh, piercing through it and leaving behind new scars as I snarled in agony while trying not to scream. As he repeatedly slammed the whip to the ground, fresh tears kept streaming down my cheeks. He wanted me to cry out in agony, but I couldn't give him what he wanted, so I bit down on my lower lip and closed my eyes.   He frowned at me and said, "You betrayed my trust Candance.
