The crowd started to clap and shout as I finished my speech.
I gave the microphone back to the speaker as I finished my speech.
“Thank you for that wonderful advice earlier ma’am! It was really helpful!” I whispered to her and I continued walking my way down the stage to return to my seat.
I can hear my comrades screaming my name while I was on my way back to my seat. I really wanted to look at them, but unfortunately I couldn’t do it because it was forbidden.
Like what I have said before, it is strictly forbidden for us to look in opposite direction whenever we are in such occasions like this.
So even though I really wanted to look at them and glance at them with my smile, I have no choice but to walk straight forward back to my seat while facing a sing
