Chapter Three A week later, the man called William Bruce took a flight to Paris International Airport and checked into the Hotel Four Seasons George V. It was conveniently located near the Champs-Elysees where his meeting was scheduled to take place. He opted to have dinner in his room so as to support the storyline of the European Council being a phantasmal enigma.
