They dragged a suspect into a blast-damaged storefront after a bystander spotted him activating a cell phone an instant before the explosion. A member beat him with a length of barbed wire he carried for such occasions. Upon pouring lye on the man's wounds, they were told the location of a third car bomb. The resulting evacuation saved countless lives.
