Chapter Two Colonel Mark O'Shaughnessy awaited his guests at the SIS Building at Vauxhall Cross on 85 Albert Embankment that next morning. He was mildly piqued that the operation seemed to have been thrown together so haphazardly. Yet he knew that developments on the world scene had dictated their timetable, and once again the safety of the free world was dropped in his lap.
