THE visit to the mall branches proved to be very fruitful. I became familiar with how they operate, and was able to see how each branch is both different and the same as each other. They have a modus operandi imposed by the head office, but some of them implement the instructions differently. I had a slight understanding of how some branches might fail, which some might not. I made sure to take note of it all so I can meet with the branch heads about it.
We visited three branches and Sean tagged along the entire time. Marco stayed in the car and drove us around. By the time we’re finished, it was dinner time and Sean invited me to a restaurant. I looked at Marco and insisted that he come with us since I know that he must be really hungry too. I didn’t even know if he had lunch earlier.
