Dayeima Ediong walked into his office, a sophisticated one at that .

He sat on the spin chair wrapped and decorated in African fabric of different colours , his desk thus took same decor as while as the other seats in the office.

He walked in with Imo Wills , he's bestfriend and Manager , who stood right in front of the desk waiting for him to get himself together.

" Doesn't this sound funny to you ,Imo?", He smirked as he spined continuously flipping his pen severally," it does boss, there are two amusing things here" Imo said demonstrating with his hands.

Daye stopped spinning and focused on his bestfriend,"and what's that ?" , he asked anxiously

"One why will your dad sign a contract you haven't given consent of and this Akam family, they're just giving out their daughter out of real greed"

"You're right,in exchange for a position that will promote their family name and some assets , that's not compared to a daughter, no ,I'm not going to be involved in this s**t"

" You know your papa is the one who signed that, he's not going to make it easy for you to disannul the contract ",Imo said taking a seat

"As for me I don't want to know who this girl is,I'm not interested in any of the girls in that family, everyone there is just so greedy, if the head can stup so low just for a position that can be gained in a legal way, through hardwork, I'm not doing this" he concluded as he turn on the laptop before him , looked up to Imo and said,"Man! ,It's time for business "

Imo walked out of the office with some files which Days gave him.

Daye was a very straightforward man with principles and responsibilities, as the third son of his wealthy Father, he took up the Family hotel and left other companies to his senior brothers, anything involving struggle of property, he was always counted out. He's brothers ,Sifon and Edet where married men in thier late thirties , while he was in he's late 20s.
