Yuki shared a screen during the weekly review. The Continuity Room logs showed a shift in how users were accessing information.
"The search terms have changed," she said.
"Changed how?" I asked.
"Users are selecting different categories. The older tags are being bypassed."
I looked at the list. The previous system used direct labels for historical events. The new queries were broader. More general.
"Are the files still accessible?" I asked.
"Yes. All records are intact. But the path to find them has shifted."
Catherine reviewed the data.
"The archivists updated the indexing system last week. They adjusted the language to match current curriculum standards."
"Adjusted how?"
"They moved from event-specific tags to theme-based tags."
