“A mermaid in the river Nerid, was the kindest creature, providing her waters to the whole land. Living in the largest river, she was worshipped by the people as her branches would give life everywhere. But the mermaid’s wish was to grow legs and walk on the land.
And so, a man appeared one day. Graceful and tall, with black feathers and horns and keen blue eyes she couldn’t ignore. The man wondered who this woman was, as he was curious to learn why the humans worshipped a mermaid.
The man introduced himself and decided to observe her. They became friends and soon, love started developing between these two. But she felt desperate as she wasn’t a creature of the land and he was a being of the skies.
And the man, being madly in love with her, granted her wish. He used his powers and gave
