Daniel didn't know what it was about Eva that had him acting the way he was. He was furious, livid even but for whatever reason, he found himself refraining from tearing into Eva and punishing her for bolting and vanishing for three weeks. Instead he was planning a dinner date and trying to figure out how to impress Eva. They hadn't gotten off on the right foot, Daniel wasn't so arrogant that he hadn't seen that. Then again, it wasn't like Eva had given him much of a chance to get it right. However, Daniel knew it wasn't just the fact Eva had skipped down like a fugitive that had his temper fraying. He had been prepared to take over one pack. That was what he had spent his whole life getting ready for. But two packs? That was a whole other matter. Silver Moon couldn't be more different
