The celebrations carried on well into the night, Daniel speaking with pack members and spending time with his nieces and nephews until they were exhausted and were carried off by Leah and Joe. He was released to see Eva was mingling as well, speaking with a few of the other pack warriors and mated she-wolves, her smile lighting up her face making her even more beautiful if that was possible.
At some point Daniel knew he had reached his limit and exhaustion was making him clumsy. He was out of cigarettes and he didn't have the energy to finish his drink. So, with a quick goodbye to his friends, he headed over to Eva. She was talking to a few of the older she-wolves but stopped when she saw Daniel, smiling at him.
