Kylo's POV
"Don't look so mad." Athena says while walking me to the door. I'm about to meet with Marco about his psychotic ways, and Athena wants me to be happy I'm seeing my brother.
"At least stay calm."
I look at her as soon as I reached the front door. "I'm always calm."
She laughs, "I'm saying this not as your mate, but as another one of your warriors," she starts. "You act like you have a stick up your ass." My eyes widen in shock.
"Nope I'm not going." I turned around heading back to the room. Athena ran in front of me and put her hands o my chest. "BUT, since I'm your mate, I know you are a very tough lover who cares for his kingdom more than himself." Her eyes soften.
