We woke up the next morning and Ryder's face was already looking better, he had a bruised cheek and cut on his lip but that was all.

"Morning " I said pushing his chest. He slightly rolled over and said, "good morning princess".

I sat up stretching a little, "what are you doing today?" I asked.

"Well I could think of a few things we could do" he answered moving over to me planting kisses on my neck. How did he know my soft spots already? I let out a small moan while running my hand through his messy hair them down his back.

"we better get ready" I said,

"for what babe?" Ryder asked.

"We're going to the beach" I said smiling.

"Anything for you" he replied getting off me and putting all his clothes properly back on. That reminded me. All my stuff was at my house, I couldn't go back there, not with them.

"Any chance that Diana and Lucy are home today?" I asked him, I thought that maybe I could go shopping for some new clothes and then go to the beach.

"Uh Diana is but I'm not sure about Lucy, she still hunting down her dad, huh my uncle. That's just weird" he laughed.

"Ok, can I come to yours first, I want to go shopping with Diana and then go to the beach after" I said. "Yeh of course" he replied.

We got to Ryder's house and he went upstairs to freshen up before seeing Diana just to make sure his face didn't look to bad.

"Hey" I said walking into the kitchen, the smell of her cooking made my belly rumble.

"Hey darling, it's so good to see you. Fancy some breakfast?" She asked pulling me into a hug.

"Yes please" I laughed.

"Your always welcomed here" she said.

"Umm so I was thinking, and I really don't want to be rude but..." I began saying but how do I put this.

"Come on, spit it out" she said smiling.

"Well I have fallen into an argument with Giovanni and I feel like we want different things so please could I stay here for a bit? I feel so bad for asking but you are the only family I have, and I trust, I don't have any friends that I can ask" I finally said.

"yeh of course" Ryder said walking into the room.

"Well I'm ok with it and he is so I guess the answer is yes. You can have the room next to Ryder's across from Lucy" she said.

"Thank you both so much" I said. "Oh, and one more favour?" I asked.

"What would that be?" She asked raising a brow.

"Please come with me shopping and help with fashion advice" I laughed.

"Oh sweetie, I have missed 9 years of this, of course I will come shopping with you" she said hugging me.

"Wow, your all being loveable and soppy today aren't you" said Lucy walking in the room.

"Lucy!" I exclaimed. This is the first time I have seen her in years and can finally act like a sister.

"I have missed you so much" I said hugging her,

"wow, your emotional this morning" laughed Ryder who I forgot was there.

"Good, we have a lot of catching up to do little sis, like what's with you two then?" Lucy asked punching Ryder's arm.

"Oh, shut up" I said.

"Breakfast is done" said Diana handing out plates of food. We all piled into the dining room and sat to eat. "This is delicious" I mumbled.

Shopping went by fast, I bought lots of new shorts and tops won't a few dresses and shoes, oh and a new bikini.

me and Ryder finally made it to the beach, it was now 1:00. "You can carry the stuff" I told Ryder as we got out his truck.

"Oh, can I now, that's so nice of you" he said sarcastically.

"Yeh, I'm just too kind if you ask me" I replied.

He smirked before grabbing our bag of clothes and towels. We got a nice spot in the middle of the beach and sat out towels down.

"I bet i can beat you to the water" I announced.

"Uh that's funny" he laughed back.

"Aww scared of losing?" I asked.

"No just don't want you getting to embarrassed" he replied.

I rolled my eyes before saying "yeh that's what a person scared of losing would say"

"I will give you a head start then" he replied.

"I don't need it but fine" I said pulling my top over my head. Don't worry I had my bikini on underneath. I took of my shorts extra slowly wiggling my hips as I did because I knew Ryder was watching me.

"Enjoying the view?" I asked.

"Oh, most definitely" he answered.

"Jerk" I shouted before I started running down to the water. After about a minute of running I turned to see Ryder almost catching up, so I tried running faster only to feel hands grab my waist and pull me back into his bare hard chest. "That's cheating" I said looking up at him, he placed a little kiss on my cheek before grabbing me and pulling me over his shoulder, then he started to run again. "Now we draw" he shouted running further into the sea.

"Don't you...." I said before being cut off by Ryder throwing me into the sea.

Oh, I'm getting you back Ryder, the funny thing is I'm highly skilled, but he doesn't know that, so I swam under the water holding my breath towards him, he could probably see me as the water was so lush and clear plus I was wearing a bright pink bikini. I quickly put my arms around his legs and pulled them forward, I was quite strong, but he didn't know that. He lost his balance and fell backwards into the water. When he came up for air, he just laughed so I splashed him which started the splashing war.

After about 1 hour of being in the sea we walked back up to our stuff, the tide had come in so we had less to walk. we dried before laying on our towels to sun bathe for a bit.

When it was 3:00 we went for some dinner at the cafe near the beach we both had fish and chips with a coke. We decided to take one last walk along the beach before going home.

"So, you’re going to be living with us now then?" He asked.

"Yep, you better now bring any girls home because I'm in the room next to you" I commanded.

"Oh, don't worry, there's only one girl I want" he answered.

Aww, if he knew the truth then he would hate me. Why's does it have to be so complicated. All I want to be is a normal teen, is that too much to ask for. I didn't answer I just laughed.

"Can I ask you something?" I asked.

"You just did but sure" he replied.

I rolled my eyes, "does your dad have a gang?" I asked.

"Yeh he does now, he hasn't for long though, he basically just uses them for protection for him and us, we also have a lot of security in the house" he answered.

"Does Diana know about all of this?" I asked.

"Yeh she does, we had to tell her, we told her she didn't have to stay but she wanted to" he answered. I really needed to help them.
