  Hailey's POV   I didn't panic.   That was the first thing I noticed about myself as I stood in my office, staring at the empty drawer where my future had been carefully dismantled.   I closed the drawer without a sound.   The empty space where my work had lived stared back at me like a missing tooth—too clean, too deliberate. Whoever had taken the files hadn't rushed.
