"Are you sure you wanna do this? They're still kids," Kyle told Hunter, glancing over at me, Sam, Kelly, and Leslie.
"Yes, they're smart boys, they'll know what to do when the time comes," Hunter responded.
He's moving down position, so is Kyle. Sam already moved his position long ago, he claimed it wasn't for him. Hunter trusts the boys not to f**k anything up, they're smarter than they know. Their instinct will kick in, especially when the pack is in trouble.
The others are doubting them, they don't want Hunter to back down yet, but he has to. Doing Alpha work alone takes too much stress, he knows the boys are alone but they have each other.
