SOPHIA’S POV The scream cut through the room. Isabella grabbed the edge of the table, her breath shaking. Davis pushed his chair back so fast it scraped the floor. He reached her first, steadying her as water pooled beneath her feet. Anita didn’t look too pleased about it. “Her water broke,” I said, already stepping toward them. Jace had his phone out immediately. “We need an ambulance. Now.” Isabella’s face tightened in pain. She held onto my wrist. “It’s coming.
